Within Deutsche Telekom’s Home Domain, we are building new AI capabilities and developing innovative AI-powered products and services.As Technical Product Manager – Artificial Intelligence, you will shape the product direction of the AI team within the Home Domain.

You will coordinate AI activities across different areas, connect Home AI initiatives with Magenta AI and ensure that use cases from TV, Home Products and Innovation contribute to a holistic customer experience.In this role, you will create the product foundation, operating model, prioritization logic and product harmonization required to accelerate progress and enable teams to make better AI product decisions together.**Responsibilities** * Lead the AI Pod as the central product coordination function for AI within the Home Domain in PIX* Connect Home AI activities with Magenta AI and ensure alignment regarding shared AI capabilities, architecture, governance and tooling* Build a cross-functional operating model for rapid AI prototyping, validation and transition into production* Coordinate AI use cases across TV, Home Products and Innovation to contribute to a holistic Home Domain experience* Define the product contribution of the AI Pod around Domain Agents, memory concepts, agent-to-agent communication, evaluation, observability and AI lifecycle capabilities* Collaborate with vertical Product Owners while ensuring clear responsibilities, providing feasibility guidance, reusable AI services and cross-functional coordination* Translate business priorities into AI product roadmaps, requirements, experiments, decision criteria and success metrics* Work with architects and engineers to define the path from conceptual alignment, resource planning and prototyping through validated use cases, production readiness and lifecycle management**Requirements** * Several years of experience in Product Management, ideally in senior technical, platform, AI, data or digital product roles* Proven ability to lead cross-functional product work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, Operations, Security and commercial stakeholders* Strong understanding of AI product development, including Generative AI, AI agents, model evaluation, observability, memory concepts and AI lifecycle management* Experience translating strategic topics into clear product scopes, operating models, roadmaps and measurable implementation plans* Strong customer and business understanding, including the ability to evaluate customer value, feasibility, production readiness, privacy, costs and token efficiency* Ability to combine architectural and commercial thinking, discuss technical concepts with engineers and translate them into business impact for leadership* Excellent communication skills, including executive storytelling, facilitation, influencing without formal authority and clear decision-making in complex stakeholder environments* Experience with agile, platform or product operating models, ideally in areas such as broadband, home networking, routers/CPE, smart home, TV, video, customer care or telecommunications products** What we offer ** **Flexible working models:** Benefit from flexible working hours and hybrid working arrangements that support your work-life balance. **Professional development:** Take advantage of comprehensive training programs, continuous learning opportunities and clear career paths to develop your full potential. **Modern working environment:** Work with the latest technologies in an innovative, agile and dynamic environment. **Collaborative corporate culture:** Become part of a supportive team built on open communication, mutual respect and a strong sense of community. **Attractive compensation:** Receive a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. **Health & well-being:** Access various programs and initiatives supporting your physical and mental health. **Employee benefits:** Benefit from special conditions and discounts on products and services.**Products. # Senior Technical Product Manager - AI (m/f/d/x)BonnProfessionalRegular (Part Time Possible)Deutsche Telekom AGeightfold## About this job**About Deutsche Telekom AG** You are at home in the world.
