Responsibilities • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Trade Marketing Managers, working closely with Sales to align on and execute joint business plans that drive revenue and market share across DACH. • Build and execute a comprehensive Trade Marketing plan tailored to the DACH market, aligned with the overarching EU marketing strategies. • Own and drive Joint Business Plans with key DACH retail partners. • Plan and implement launch strategies, in-store activations, and online campaigns aligned with SharkNinja's brand positioning. • Develop creative and localized campaigns to increase product awareness, engagement, and in-store/online conversions across the DACH region. • Identify, plan, and execute participation in relevant trade shows and retailer events that support revenue objectives, including key DACH industry events. • Evaluate current POS tools and implement improvements; define and monitor key success metrics (e.g., NPS, DAS). • Lead the strategy and execution of Brand Shops and digital merchandising across e-retailer platforms. • Ensure accurate and timely product data is provided to retail partners for listings and online experiences. • Manage retailer cooperation budgets to support trade marketing initiatives and maximize ROI in collaboration with retail partners.

Key Attributes & Skills • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Trade Marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector, including experience leading and building a team. • Leadership: Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and motivating teams toward shared goals. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with an agile mindset. • Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, fluent in both German and English. • Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. • Creativity & Innovation: Passion for finding creative ways to drive consumer engagement and sales. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive and self‑motivated, with a high level of ownership and accountability.

OVERVIEW Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver compelling shopper experiences and drive growth across all retail channels in the DACH region. Hybrid – 3 days in the office.
