Social Media Marketing Manager
The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media channel strategies to enhance the perception of 7‑Eleven and its owned brands among customers and Canadian consumers.
Responsibilities Develop and implement social media channel strategies that support 7‑Eleven’s strategic business objectives to drive traffic and increase conversions instore and across online channels, including organic social, paid social, content creator and influencer strategy.
Manage the execution and analysis of all social media campaigns leveraging data‑driven insights to enhance engagement and impact. Maintain monthly social media content calendars. Provide guidance on boosting and ad management, ensuring proper execution and alignment with customer campaigns.
Ensure content creator and influencer content aligns with brand values and campaign goals. Collaborate with in‑house creative and agency partners to develop low‑fi and agile content for all social media platforms (including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Linked
