The Senior Product Manager understands clinical context deeply, owns the end-to-end imaging workflow (acquisition → interpretation → downstream action), and has accountability for measurable business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager owns problem definition and value hypothesis, and partners with downstream marketing for commercialization.
It is about owning and optimizing how clinicians move from imaging data to clinical decisions—across radiology, cardiology, oncology, and surgical workflows. Success requires navigating tradeoffs, aligning diverse perspectives, and driving decisions without direct authority.
Success in this role is measured by one outcome: we give minutes back to clinicians—at scale—and convert that into measurable business impact. Responsibilities Owns problem definition, workflow design, and prioritization decisions; influences execution across engineering and regional stakeholders.
Define and evolve the full imaging workflow, including: study ingestion, preparation, and protocoling; image review, visualization, and quantification; clinical decision support; structured reporting and communication of results; and integration into downstream workflows (cathlab, oncology, surgery).
