Staff/Principal Product Manager, Infrastructure Platform Parloa – Berlin Office – Full‑time – Hybrid – Posted on 6/22/2026 About the Role The Infrastructure Platform team owns the foundation that every other engineering team at Parloa builds on: cloud infrastructure, provisioning and orchestration, CI/CD, and runtime environments for AI agents.

Voice internal and enterprise customers—interact with Parloa engineering teams (developer experience, deployment, runtime) and enterprise stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, infrastructure leaders).

Define and track metrics that matter for a platform: availability, SLA attainment, provisioning lead time, deployment frequency, change‑failure rate, adoption by internal teams, developer satisfaction. Establish repeatable processes: region readiness/certification, release management, cross‑team alignment that scale as the platform grows.

Align a broad technical stakeholder set—engineering, architecture, security, legal/compliance, and customer‑facing teams—to position platform capabilities to enterprise accounts. Comfort with ambiguity and complexity—can take an under‑defined, multi‑team initiative and bring clarity, sequencing, momentum, and deliver sustained solutions.

Experience building internal developer platforms and applying Team Topologies / platform‑as‑a‑product thinking. The flagship initiative, Deployment Stamps, is re‑platforming how Parloa delivers isolated, reliable, compliant environments across public cloud, customer‑owned private cloud, and on‑premises infrastructure.

Responsibilities Own the Infrastructure Platform product strategy and roadmap by translating reliability, isolation, data‑residency, and multi‑cloud goals into a sequenced, outcomes‑driven plan that engineering can execute against.

Drive discovery and write PRDs that frame outcomes, then partner with engineering leads and architects to test feasibility and trade‑offs. Own the hard prioritization calls—balancing near‑term delivery milestones against longer‑term architecture evolution, making explicit, defensible decisions about scope, sequencing, and risk.

Connect platform to revenue—articulate how infrastructure capabilities unlock enterprise deals, new regions, and expansion, feeding that back into prioritization. Communicate clearly across technical and business contexts, comfortable in architecture reviews and leadership readouts.

Qualifications Technical‑leadership background: 7+ years combined engineering and product experience for Staff (L4); 10+ years for Principal (L5). Deep infrastructure fluency—hands‑on familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, networking, identity/auth, observability.

Platform product judgment—capable of building reusable, operable, long‑term developer experiences rather than one‑off features. Strong product fundamentals—discovery, road‑mapping, writing PRDs, defining measurable success, disciplined delivery with engineering.

Stakeholder leadership and influence without authority—a track record of aligning engineering, security, and business stakeholders around a shared direction and resolving trade‑offs. Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audiences of varying technical depth—from engineers to enterprise security reviewers to leadership.

Ownership mindset and bias for action—responsible for outcomes end‑to‑end and moves with appropriate urgency. Nice to Have Direct experience with enterprise data residency, sovereignty, or compliance requirements. Familiarity with multi‑cloud or hybrid/on‑premises delivery and orchestration patterns.

Background in B2B SaaS infrastructure, cloud, or developer‑tools companies. Exposure to AI/ML platform or runtime infrastructure.
