Acting as the commercial marketing link between brand owners, sales teams and customers, you will drive sustainable portfolio growth while protecting the premium positioning of our world-renowned brands.Joining us at an exciting stage of our journey, you will help build best-in-class commercial and marketing capabilities while ensuring flawless execution of our 24/7 portfolio strategies.bYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSABILITIES: /b• Develop and own the trade channel strategy for our Premium Spirits portfolio, aligned with business objectives and brand partner priorities.• Translate global and local brand strategies into clear channel activation plans with defined priorities, KPIs and execution roadmaps.• Identify growth opportunities across HoReCa, Retail and E-commerce channels and define initiatives to unlock them.• Manage and optimise trade marketing investments, ensuring effective budget allocation and strong return on investment.• Contribute to commercial planning cycles, including volume, value and profitability targets.• Lead the development and execution of impactful trade marketing campaigns, activations and customer programmes.• Support product launches, innovations and promotional initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution across all touchpoints.• Partner closely with Sales teams to align priorities, provide activation tools and maximise commercial impact in the field.• Build strong relationships with brand owners, customers, agencies and key external stakeholders.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Capability teams.• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and performance data to continuously improve strategies and execution.• Monitor key performance indicators including volume, market share, distribution and ROI, implementing corrective actions when required.• Lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders through strong communication, engagement and storytelling.bARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? /b• Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Commercial functions, ideally within FMCG, beverage or spirits businesses.• Strong understanding of channel dynamics, customer development and route-to-market strategies.• Experience in developing and executing channel marketing strategies from planning through to implementation.• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and understanding of PL drivers.• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable business opportunities.• Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work effectively across functions and levels.• Strong communication, presentation and influencing capabilities.• Hands-on approach combined with excellent execution skills and attention to detail.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.• Resilient, proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.• Fluent English skills; German and/or French would be a strong advantage.• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally when required.Apply today and send us your complete application documents including letter of motivation and job references in a single PDF file.
