We serve over 30,000 provider organizations with a large long‑term and post‑acute care data set and a marketplace of more than 400 integrated partners. Hybrid Roles : Must reside within commutable distance to the specified office/location. This includes weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly in‑office events and is a requirement for the role.
You will own product strategy and execution for a portfolio of clinical and regulatory products used by over 30,000 provider organizations. Your focus will be on deeply understanding the problem space, making strategic trade‑offs, and driving product decisions that improve outcomes for both providers and residents.
This is a product‑impact focused role that goes beyond requirements gathering. Key Duties and Responsibilities Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portfolio of Senior Care products. Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, regulatory requirements, and business value, not just feature requests.
Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., MDS, LTCF, immunizations, clinical documentation) and translate that understanding into product direction. Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders.
Manage products through the full development lifecycle—from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration. Your Key Strengths Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of product management experience. Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle.
Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems. Ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority. Excellent communication skills—capable of making complex topics clear for any audience.
Nice to Haves Experience building or integrating AI/ML‑powered product features. Familiarity with clinical documentation, regulatory instruments (MDS, LTCF), or long‑term care workflows. Bias toward product impact over process—focus on outcomes, not just output.
