You’ll report to Manuel SAUTER - Traction PrEM MAnager - CH, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated international teammates. You’ll specifically take care of delivering international traction projects.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams acrossbr/the business (Engineering, Advance Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Operations, Requirements Managers, Customers and Suppliers).You’ll be the person the team turns to for momentum and to push projects forward.

No two days are the same, but day-to-day you’ll manage costing schedules, enable those around you to excel, and much more. /p pbYou’ll specifically take care of: /b /p liAssist the Project Enineering Manager in monitoring the progress and status of Engineering progress. /li liCollaborate with teams across multiple countries (Switzerland, India, France, and Germany) to ensure timely updates to the project dashboard, providing clear visibility of project milestones, risks, and critical points. /li liFollow up with team members to ensure that they are filling the reporting with accurate and up-to-date information. /li liAssist in the management of a checklist to assess the maturity of the project design, tracking tasks and deliverables for continuous improvement. /li liSupport communication and knowledge sharing among project stakeholders to promote collaboration and efficiency. /li liContribute to project reporting and documentation to facilitate decision-making and project transparency. /li liImplement and automate new standard project reporting. /li liSynchronise and standardize project reporting with other sites in France /li pbWe’ll look to you for: /b /p liActively contribute to Project performance /li liAlert in case of deviations impacting project objectives, actively contribute to return of expirience mnagement. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards, process tools, Code of Ethics Compliance, Environment Health Safety and Quality /li liPlan, monitor, control and manage project end-to-end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost) /li liCoordinate and support consistent cross-functional execution objectives, activities and deliverables (Engineering, RD programs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Indus when applicable, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS), etc.) /li liLead teams in successful achievement of project objectives, synchronize stakeholders at traction level and ensure stakeholder alignments /li pbAll about you /bbr/We value passion and attitude over experience.
