atlea is a new premium sports nutrition brand for women, launched in Berlin in July 2026. We’re building a brand for women who train, practise and take their sporting ambitions seriously.

We’re looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to help us grow through creator partnerships. Working directly with the founders, you’ll find relevant creators, start conversations and keep collaborations moving from first contact to published content and results.

You should bring some practical experience in influencer marketing, sales or PR, enjoy approaching people and be comfortable following up.

What you’ll do

• Research creators whose audience and content fit atlea.
• Contact potential partners, follow up and build relationships with creators and their management teams.
• Coordinate collaborations, including product shipments, briefs, posting dates and deliverables.
• Discuss partnership terms within agreed budgets, with support from the founders.
• Keep our creator database, collaboration pipeline and campaign records up to date.
• Track discount-code sales, campaign costs and results to help us identify which partnerships to repeat.

What you bring

• Initial practical experience in influencer marketing, sales or PR, gained through a job, internship, working-student role or freelance work.
• Excellent written and spoken German and confidence working in English.
• Clear, friendly communication and the confidence to initiate conversations.
• Strong organisation: you follow up, meet deadlines and keep track of details.
• Commercial curiosity: you want to understand what makes a partnership generate sales.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and the creator landscape.
• An interest in sport, nutrition and women’s athletic lives.
• You’re based in Berlin and available to work primarily from our Prenzlauer Berg office.

Experience with creator outreach, affiliate programmes or spreadsheets is a plus. An existing influencer network is welcome, but not required.
