Задачи:

• Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and, in the future, TikTok
• Produce photo, video, Reel, and Story content, as well as website content, at company locations
• Develop creative content ideas about vehicles, employees, and company culture
• Support recruiting and employer branding campaigns with the recruiting team
• Manage the community and actively engage with the target audience
• Analyze metrics across organic and paid content
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for vehicle offers and open positions
• Manage budgets against clear performance targets

Требования:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or a comparable role
• Initial experience with paid social, ideally using Meta Ads Manager
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify optimization opportunities and derive concrete actions
• Experience independently producing social media content
• Confident using Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience with Reels, Stories, Shorts, or comparable short-form video formats
• Creative, structured, and independent working style
• Class B driving license, relevant driving experience, and willingness to travel for content production across locations and occasional business trips
• Very good written and spoken German
