Description

At Facelift, analytics helps marketing and communication teams understand what is working, make better decisions, and show the impact of their work. As Senior Product Manager for Facelift Analytics, you will own the direction and outcomes of our analytics portfolio, including Facelift Analyze and Facelift Data Studio.
You will set the product vision, decide which customer problems matter most, and work with engineering, design, data science, Sales, and Customer Success to turn complex social data into useful, trusted insight. You will also support analytics use cases across Entirely, including connections with products such as Marmind, while keeping Facelift customers and products at the centre of the role.

Requirements

In your first months, you will build a shared view of the most important customer problems, product health, usage, commercial evidence, and technical risks. You will use this to set a focused, outcome-based roadmap.

  • Customers trust the data, metric definitions, and continuity of their reporting
  • More customers use Facelift Analytics regularly for meaningful work
  • Customers can move more quickly from a performance signal to a useful action
  • Enterprise reporting, API, BI, integration, and Entirely use cases are validated with real users
  • We have clearer evidence of how Analytics supports customer retention, expansion, and product preference

What You Bring

  • Must-haves:
  • Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of a meaningful product or product area
  • Strong experience with analytics, reporting, data, BI, platform, or API products
  • Evidence that you have found and solved important customer problems, not only managed a backlog or delivery plan
  • Comfort working with complex data, metric definitions, product instrumentation, APIs, and technical trade-offs
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and balancing user value, business outcomes, and platform health
  • Ability to define success measures, use qualitative and quantitative evidence, and make decisions when not everything is known
  • Clear communication, fluent English, and experience working across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams; additional languages are a plus

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with social media technology, social analytics, martech, or integrated marketing products
  • Familiarity with AI or machine-learning applications in analytics or data products
  • Experience in a scale-up or international product environment
  • Knowledge of social media KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting workflows

How you work:

  • You are curious about data and enjoy finding the useful story behind the numbers
  • You make complex products and decisions easier for other people to understand
  • You focus on outcomes, test assumptions, and change direction when you learn something new
  • You can set direction and stay close enough to the work to help the team move forward
