Responsibilities You will take full ownership of the brand across strategy, communication, and execution Define and develop the brand identity (tone of voice, positioning, visual direction) Build a strong, recognizable brand for an international, nightlife-oriented audience Ensure consistency across all digital channels Design and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and bookings Launch and manage campaigns (online & offline) Identify strategic partnerships (hostels, hotels, tourism actors, influencers) Optimize customer acquisition and brand visibility Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Create engaging, viral, and community-driven content Collaborate with creators, photographers, and videographers Capture and leverage user-generated content Understand the customer journey remotely through analytics and feedback Coordinate with local teams to ensure brand consistency on-site Gather insights and continuously improve the experience Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Social Media Strong social media management and content creation expertise Background in hospitality, events, tourism, or lifestyle brands is a strong plu Ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch Creative, energetic, and highly execution-driven Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing both strategy and remote operations Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory) #J-18808-Ljbffr
