• As Category Manager FMCG, you take ownership of your product categories and continuously develop the assortment through data-driven decisions as well as a strong sense for market trends and customer needs. • Category development: Independently manage and advance your FMCG categories in e-commerce. • Assortment management: Identify new products, brands and opportunities and select appropriate items using modern analysis tools. • Product management: List new products and maintain product and assortment data to ensure smooth operational execution. • Supplier management: Lead pricing and contract negotiations and expand long-term partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers. • Inventory control: Responsible for ordering and ensuring optimal product availability together with internal stakeholders. • Performance analysis: Analyze sales, margin, pricing, competition and assortment performance to continuously optimize the categories. • Market monitoring: Monitor market trends and consumer behavior and derive new assortment and growth opportunities.
