Develop and standardise processes for talent reviews, succession planning, and pipeline management. Ensure consistency and transparency of talent processes across all regions. Create clear and practical guidelines, toolkits, and training materials for stakeholders.
Analyse feedback and talent data to identify areas for improvement and integrate best practices and trends. Your profile Completed university degree, ideally in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field. Experience in developing and implementing global HR processes and frameworks.
Strong project and change management skills with a track record of driving global implementations. Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and stakeholder enablement. Strong analytical skills and experience with talent data and analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross‑functionally and interculturally. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
