You are responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and scaling the most effective growth levers across the full user journey, with a strong focus on paid acquisition across web and app, partnerships, and search-driven growth.
Responsibilities End-to-End ownership: Own growth performance and commercial success for a defined market or region, driving user and revenue growth by defining, prioritizing, and scaling high-impact levers across the full user journey.
Growth strategy: Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies across: Paid Search (SEM) Paid App channels (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns) Affiliate and Influencer Marketing SEO and ASO (strategic oversight and optimization, not full content ownership) Campaign & Investment Management: Own end-to-end campaign and investment execution for your market, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing scale vs. efficiency, while identifying and scaling new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
