Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and optimization of app marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple) Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPI) Support budget tracking and performance reporting Conduct analyses, A/B tests, and smaller experiments to improve campaign performance Monitor market trends and assist in identifying growth opportunities Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on campaign execution and creatives Document results and help derive initial insights and recommendations Qualifications & Skills Degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., media management, e-commerce) First practical experience in app marketing or performance marketing (e.g., internships or working student roles) Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing Knowledge of app marketing or paid social is a plus Excellent English skills, both written and spoken Nice to have Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr Based in Hamburg and Berlin, we operate at the intersection of fashion and technology.
