Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive user growth strategies focused on improving conversion efficiency across the full user journey: acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
Drive fission growth initiatives by leveraging viral loops, referral programs, and network effects to accelerate organic user acquisition and engagement. Identify core user needs and pain points through data and user insights, and develop AI-driven growth products that enhance user interaction and engagement.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear short-term and long-term goals tailored to both local and global markets, driving continuous improvement in user growth and experience.
