Your Tasks Product management of ORBIS Medication for Pharmacy and Clinical Decision support Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy Communication with customers and development partners Analysis, prioritization, and implementation of market requirements and trends Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers, and development teams Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation Support with regulatory validation of ORBIS Medication versions You bring in University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Medical Science or engineering, or equivalent training/experience (e.g., experienced nurse) 3–5 years of expertise in software industry in PM, R&D, Service, Customer support or 5–10 years in hospital environment Self‑motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers Strong analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects (Scrum) Strong business acumen Motivated team player Excellent communication skills in German and English (French a plus) Our benefits Permanent employment contract with attractive salary for long‑term perspective Flexible working hours and working time models – for a good work‑life‑balance Home office incl.
