Das ist der Job
Be the voice of the customer: Build and run the feedback loops that tell us what's working and what isn't.
Darum lohnt es sich
Turn messy signals from scientists, pathologists, and biopharma teams into clear product direction and prioritization.
Requirements Domain fluency: You’ve worked inside or directly alongside biopharma R&D, including translational research, biomarker discovery, pathology, clinical development, and drug discovery, and you can speak the language of the scientists and teams you’ll build for.
Responsibilities Own the product vision and strategy: Define the use cases worth owning, and how to get them adopted and scaled. Define the use cases: Go deep on specific biopharma workflows (e.g., biomarker discovery, clinical decision‑making) and build a strategy to deliver for them.
Drive cross‑functional alignment: Work closely with science, engineering, and commercial to turn vision into a roadmap people believe in, and to keep that roadmap honest as we learn.
Seasoned PM on AI‑powered, expert‑facing B2B products: You’ve owned complex, information‑dense products end to end and brought clarity to ambiguous, technical problem spaces.
AI‑native in how you work: You use AI tools as a core part of how you prototype, research, and scale your output, and you have a clear point of view on where AI changes how products should be built.
A track record of strategic ownership: You’ve set product direction and vision, and can point to products you decided were worth building, shipped, and validated with real users.
