We're committed to innovation and growth, fostering a culture that embraces agile methodologies and flexible work arrangements. We’re growing fast – and we’re hiring! As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end: from brief to measurable outcome.

You'll work across channels and coordinate our agencies, brief content and design, and use AI tools to move faster and operate smarter. You'll also take ownership of emerging disciplines, like Answer Engine Optimization and AI-powered search, where we're actively building capability and where there's genuine space to shape the approach.

We're looking for an approachable, experienced professional to join our Headquarters in Zürich-West, starting 1. September. What you’ll be doing Use AI tools to design smarter workflows, reduce repetitive work, and scale what's working.

Build and refine your knowledge of AEO and AI-powered discovery, ensuring our digital presence stays effective as traditional search evolves. Plan and run multi-channel campaigns from initial brief through to pipeline impact, coordinating paid media, content, design, and outbound channels toward a shared outcome.

Spot and act on short‑window opportunities, analyst publications, platform changes, partner announcements, competitive moves, and move from idea to experiment quickly. Experiment, report, and iterate, with an honest view of what's working and what isn't.

What we are looking for Several years of experience across more than one marketing discipline, with an understanding of how the pieces connect. Experience running campaigns that contributed to pipeline or revenue. A background in B2B or SaaS marketing. Confidence using AI tools in your day‑to‑day work, and an eye for where they can add value.

Comfortable moving between strategy and execution depending on what's needed. Experience with AEO, semantic search, or LLM visibility strategies. Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce. A challenging and diverse role with high autonomy. Excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.
