September. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liUse AI tools to design smarter workflows, reduce repetitive work, and scale what's working. /li liBuild and refine your knowledge of AEO and AI-powered discovery, ensuring our digital presence stays effective as traditional search evolves. /li liPlan and run multi-channel campaigns from initial brief through to pipeline impact, coordinating paid media, content, design, and outbound channels toward a shared outcome. /li liAct as the day‑to‑day connection between our internal team and our external agencies (paid media and web), keeping work aligned and on track. /li liSpot and act on short‑window opportunities, analyst publications, platform changes, partner announcements, competitive moves, and move from idea to experiment quickly. /li liExperiment, report, and iterate, with an honest view of what's working and what isn't. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience across more than one marketing discipline, with an understanding of how the pieces connect. /li liExperience running campaigns that contributed to pipeline or revenue. /li liA background in B2B or SaaS marketing. /li liConfidence using AI tools in your day‑to‑day work, and an eye for where they can add value. /li liThe ability to coordinate across teams and agencies without losing momentum. /li liComfortable moving between strategy and execution depending on what's needed. /li liExperience with AEO, semantic search, or LLM visibility strategies. /li liHands‑on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce. /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 ul liA fast‑paced, international, and collaborative work environment. /li liA challenging and diverse role with high autonomy. /li liA motivating and supportive team culture where your ideas matter. /li liExcellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. /li liRegular team events and the chance to work from another Luware office for up to a month through our exchange program. /li liYou can expect a genuinely collegial, international environment and a fresh, dynamic, open corporate culture. /li /ul /p ppFounded in 2010, Luware is a leading SaaS provider specializing in innovative contact center and conversation recording solutions.
