About the Role Strategy Development & Execution • Serve as the global point of contact for all influencer marketing activity — the go‑to expert for internal teams and regional stakeholders. • Lead the development and execution of the global influencer marketing strategy across key channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals. • Create scalable, innovative strategies to grow influencer partnerships, increase brand awareness, and drive conversion across multiple digital platforms. • Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies based on performance, market trends, and consumer insights.

Campaign Planning & Execution • Lead planning and execution of diverse influencer campaigns: from always‑on collaborations to key brand engagement initiatives, occasion‑driven, or market‑specific campaigns. • Collaborate with internal teams (Organic & Paid Social, Brand, Media, Communications, Partnerships) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives and ensure cross‑channel consistency. • Own the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and optimising spend across campaigns. • Oversee campaign execution — ensuring creative consistency, stakeholder alignment, timely delivery, and performance tracking with actionable insights.

About You • 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful global campaigns (agency and/or client‑side). • Strong expertise in influencer marketing, content creation, community management, and emerging social media trends. • Well‑established network of influencers, creators, and industry stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. • Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration across multiple international markets, with strong cultural awareness of key regions including DE, US, UK, IT, Benelux, and FR. • Excellent communication, presentation, and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Self‑starter with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast‑paced, lean, and dynamic environments.

Influencer Relationship Management • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers across all tiers (nano, micro, macro, and celebrity), ensuring long‑term collaboration and brand loyalty. • Manage and negotiate partnerships with key high‑impact influencers and brand ambassadors — tapping into new audiences, exploring new channels, content formats, and avenues for communication. • Stay ahead of emerging trends in the influencer landscape and identify new opportunities that elevate the brand.
