What the job involves Own & Optimize a Six-Digit Paid Budget Take complete charge of our core paid marketing channels, with a primary focus on Google Continuously optimize campaign efficiency to maximize high-quality B2B leads that convert into long-term customers Maintain full analytical oversight of budgets, using data to make rapid scaling decisions Discover & Launch the Next Growth Channels Act as our internal growth lab by formulating hypotheses, setting up frameworks, and testing new channels (like Reddit Ads or LinkedIn Ads) Identify untapped lead sources specifically tailored to reach our B2B Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Drive Visibility via Organic Growth & Search Architecture Own and evolve our SEO and GEO frameworks to ensure high organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines Align search strategies closely with paid initiatives to continuously dominate our high-intent target keywords Architect Clean Tracking & Attribution Set up, manage, and continuously audit our tracking infrastructure to ensure complete data integrity across all campaigns Map accurate attribution data so the entire team has a crystal-clear understanding of the customer journey from first touchpoint to conversion Master Landing Page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Consistently critique, analyze, and optimize our user journeys from ad click to conversion Uncover landing page friction points and implement continuous A/B testing variations to lift conversion rates Work Across Teams and Borders Collaborate closely with our internal Content, CRM, and Design teams to build a high-converting ecosystem of copy, assets, and nurture sequences Operate within an international environment, seamlessly switching strategic focus between the US, DACH, and UK markets #J-18808-Ljbffr If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are ready to leave your mark across the US, DACH and UK markets, you are our perfect match!
