Key Responsibilities Paid Acquisition Management : You take ownership of planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Performance Optimization : You analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities and optimization potential.

Based on insights, you implement data‑driven measures to improve customer acquisition efficiency and overall marketing performance. Attribution & Reporting : You build and maintain robust reporting, attribution, and experimentation frameworks using tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

You transform complex performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations. You proactively identify scalable growth opportunities and test new acquisition strategies. You collaborate cross‑functionally to align acquisition strategies with broader company objectives.

Qualifications 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Acquisition roles, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or other high‑growth digital businesses. Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi‑channel paid campaigns with measurable impact on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROI.

Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and conversion optimization. Business fluency in English is a must; very good German skills are nice to have.

Workation : Temporarily work from a destination of your choice within the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway. 28 vacation days . 2.5 additional days off at Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival.
