• Own and shape the Alternative Payment Methods product roadmap based on market analysis, merchant needs, and business cases • Turn validated ideas into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Keep the product backlog groomed and on track • Track key metrics to measure roadmap impact • Assess production issues and prioritize fixes • Present and defend roadmap decisions to senior stakeholders • Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and other product teams • Use AI tools to accelerate research, specifications, and repetitive work Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product management role • Understanding of payment business dynamics, merchant needs, and prioritization business cases • Curiosity to learn the technical side of payments • Hands-on software/web experience is a plus, not a must • Data-driven approach using metrics and AI tools • Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset • Comfortable working with APIs and tools like Postman • Clear written and verbal communication • Valid work permit required; visa sponsorship and relocation support are not provided • CV must be submitted in English Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management with a focus on Alternative Payment Methods, utilizing a data-driven approach to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
