Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Own and drive the growth of TravelPerk's Spend product by merging travel and expenses into a seamless end-to-end experience with an accent on strategic product vision, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do Use data and user feedback to identify impactful opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies. Define strategic plans addressing key problems with measurable success criteria. Provide expertise, maintain product documentation, and create training materials.
Requirements Must be located within commuting distance of company hubs due to hybrid work policy (3 days onsite) At least 7 years in fast-growing tech companies with 5+ years as a Product Manager. Experience with customer-facing B2B fintech or SaaS products preferred. Strong understanding of user experience and ability to build intuitive products.
