As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position: Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) Aufgaben: Produktportfolio-Überwachung und Ergänzung nach Markterfordernissen in Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Produktmanagement Ausarbeitung, Formulierung und Überwachung von Entwicklungsaufträgen Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Markt- und Produktlasten- und -pflichtenheften Aktive Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung marktrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Support des Continuation Managements bei Pflege und Verwaltung von Teilen des aktuellen Produktprogrammes Unterstützung des Marketings bei Markteinführung neuer Produkte sowie Schulung des Vertriebes zu den betreuten Produkten Produkt-Controlling, laufende Überwachung der Umsatz-, Deckungsbeitrags-Ergebnisse und Marktanteil-Entwicklung Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjähriger Erfah rung in Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Vertrieb oder B2B Marketing in der Automatisierungstechnik Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Explosionsschutz Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelles Einfühlungsvermögen Kreativität, Zielstrebigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative Koordinations- und Organisationsgeschick Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Are you excited about this opportunity?
