As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member for the following position:Technical Product Manager (m/w/d)Aufgaben:Produktportfolio-Überwachung und Ergänzung nach Markterfordernissen in Abstimmung mit dem strategischen ProduktmanagementAusarbeitung, Formulierung und Überwachung von EntwicklungsaufträgenErstellung von Marktlastenheften auf Basis von Wettbewerbs- und MarktbetrachtungenMitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Produktlasten- und -pflichtenheftenAktive Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung marktrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Support des Continuation Managements bei Pflege und Verwaltung von Teilen des aktuellen ProduktprogrammesUnterstützung des Produkt Marketing Managers bei Markteinführung neuer Produkte sowie Schulung des Vertriebes zu den betreuten ProduktenProdukt-Controlling, laufende Überwachung der Umsatz-, Deckungsbeitrags-Ergebnisse und Marktanteil-EntwicklungQualifikationen:Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfah rung in Entwicklung oder Produktmanagement in der AutomatisierungstechnikMehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement bzw. technischen MarketingErfahrung im ProjektmanagementAusgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelles EinfühlungsvermögenKreativität, Zielstrebigkeit und ein hohes Maß an EigeninitiativeKoordinations- und OrganisationsgeschickSehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle FähigkeitenVerhandlungssichere EnglischkenntnisseAre you excited about this opportunity?
