Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports.
• Develop concepts for the content and visual communication of advertising campaigns.
• Measure and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns and create reports on performance and ROAS.
• Identify trends and best practices in influencer marketing and integrate them into our strategy.
• Research, identify and select influencers that align with the brand and target appropriate audiences.
• Evaluate and choose potential influencers based on authenticity, reach, audience fit, and engagement.
• Continuously optimise the influencer strategy and adjust to changing market conditions and trends.
• Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities for influencer collaboration to maximise brand presence and ROI.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or a related field such as sales.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contractual aspects.
• Proficient knowledge of social‑media platforms.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Innovative thinking and creativity.
• Ability to efficiently organise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team‑orientated cooperation.
