Do you want to be responsible for events and trade show appearances from the initial idea through to the recap? With us, you will conceive and deliver events for IONOS and our brands, from the IONOS Summit to international trade fairs, and manage the related content and social media. AI is your standard tool, giving you more time for ideas and content.

Задачи

• You conceive events and trade show appearances for our brands: You define objectives and formats and develop activations that suit our target audiences.
• You manage event communications via email, event websites and social media, especially LinkedIn, before, during and after the event.
• You deliver your events independently: You plan budgets and schedules, coordinate internal teams such as Sales, Product Management and Brand, and support your events on site.
• You develop the target audience and lead strategy for each event, from invitations and lead capture through to handover to Sales, and measure the results.
• You are responsible for supplier management and manage creative partners: You select agencies and freelancers, negotiate with them, and keep track of costs, quality and invoicing.
• You develop speaker and agenda content with Product Management and PR and use generative AI to produce recap materials that Sales, Social and PR can reuse.

Требования

• At least 3 years of experience conceiving and delivering B2B events and trade show appearances on the corporate or agency side.
• Strong project management skills: You plan budgets, schedules and resources, negotiate with service providers, and keep track of everything even when managing several projects in parallel.
• You think about events in terms of outcomes and know how target audience engagement and lead generation work in B2B.
• Experience in event communications and content: You write for target audiences across email and social media, especially LinkedIn.
• You already work AI-first and use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude daily.
• Very good German and English and willingness to travel.
