Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing insurance products.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify product opportunities.
• Translate market insights and customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with actuarial teams to develop pricing, reserving, and product structures.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and end-of-life.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management , with a significant portion focused on the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing insurance products from conception to market.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
