Content Marketing Manager

• You manage multiple clients and advise them on their online and content marketing strategies • You support your colleagues as a sparring partner in client management, project management, and as a subject-matter expert • You conceptualize and write high-quality content marketing materials on a variety of topics and across different industries • You develop content marketing strategies and conduct content audits based on SEO KPIs • You run client workshops on content marketing and content SEO • You independently perform keyword and competitor analyses to create relevant, audience-focused, and successful content • You holistically optimize SEO landing pages: from keyword analysis to conversion rate optimization • You select suitable images, create infographics using Canva, and integrate them into your content according to image-SEO best practices • You publish your content via CMS platforms such as WordPress or check whether clients have uploaded content correctly • You regularly evaluate the performance of your content using tools with regard to business goals, clicks, and rankings • You work closely with our other departments (SEO, SEA, and Video) • You manage larger hourly budgets and coordinate freelancers Requirements • You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience (agency experience is desirable) in content marketing or an online editorial role with an SEO focus • You have a strong quality awareness • You are passionate about writing • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written language and rhetorical skills • You can quickly familiarize yourself with a wide range of topics and become an expert in them • SEO is part of your work: search volume and search intent are familiar terms to you • You use various tools for keyword research and concept development • You can show initial successes in implementing and advancing content marketing projects • You have already created content audits or content strategies • You routinely work with various AI systems and are well versed in content & AI • You work in a structured way and always keep an overview of your projects thanks to clear documentation • You enjoy driving things forward as part of a team
