Ensure effective deployment of value propositions in marketing materials for Europe.

Collaborate closely with sales and offering teams, shared services team and other marketing teams to define impactful plans and improve campaigns results within set budget, prioritize actions with highest return. Develop impactful account-based marketing plans with sales team to drive loyalty and engagement of key accounts.
Responsibilities Develop and execute specific vertical (data center, healthcare, Pharma/Lifesciences, Hospitality as priorities) and account based marketing plans for Honeywell Building Solutions business unit for Europe, to drive end-user engagement and generate a strong sales pipeline. Grow awareness and desirability of Honeywell brand in Europe.
Manage budget efficiently and build continuous improvements in how marketing is developed and deployed.
Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing or similar roles Knowledge of key verticals: Datacenter, healthcare, hospitality, defense Proven success in developing and executing integrated campaigns at European level Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and project management skills Knowledge of demand generation and lead generation, as well as proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools At ease with complexity Collaborative, creative and solution driven mindset Strong interpersonal skills to develop solid internal and external relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
