• Further develop and expand Vivira’s existing digital therapy offering • Improve support for patients and physicians in the treatment and reduction of musculoskeletal pain • Take ownership of a core product or growth area across the patient, therapy, or clinic journey • Balance medical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial success • Design, validate, and prioritize new product and service ideas • Prepare new ideas for implementation with structured handovers • Grow the product and service portfolio • Strengthen long‑term customer relationships and create sustainable value beyond the therapy phase Requirements • Several years of solid Product Management experience, typically 5+ years • Experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager or Product Owner • Ideally experience in Digital Health, MedTech, DiGA, or similar areas • Independent ownership of a digital product area • Proven impact on user and business outcomes through product decisions • Outcome-oriented, data-driven product development • Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership working with C-level, Engineering, Regulatory, and clinical teams • Strong empathy for the medical context • Proactive, solution-oriented hands‑on mentality • Practical use of AI in discovery, research, analysis, or prototyping • Excellent German and English, each at least C1 level • Experience in Healthcare, Digital Health, HealthTech, MedTech, Pharma, Digital Therapeutics, or clinical software is desirable • Ideally direct DiGA experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework, especially DiGA and MDR • Experience working with physicians, practice teams, medical assistants, patients, or other healthcare stakeholders is desirable Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in Product Management with a focus on digital health solutions, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and stakeholder management.
