You work closely with our production, editing and performance teams. Responsibilities As Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the central interface between our clients and the creators — leading campaigns from concept to reporting.
You manage your campaigns throughout the entire process: creator sourcing, briefing, production, go-live and performance analysis. You are the primary contact for the brand — including a weekly status meeting — and translate the campaign objective into a clear plan.
You brief creators, negotiate and coordinate them, and keep timelines, budgets and quality under control. You evaluate campaigns, draw learnings and feed them into the following month.
Qualifications Early‑career to several years of experience in project, campaign or account management — ideally in an influencer, social or agency environment You organize multiple projects in parallel without losing the overall view Strong communication skills: you operate confidently between brand decision‑makers and creators A good feel for social content, platforms and formats (TikTok, Reels, UGC) Structured, independent working style and a hands‑on mentality Very good German, good English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
