Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), focusing on improving ROAS and lowering CPA Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.g., skincare vertical) to expand our user base Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC) Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels Requirements 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a mobile app or D2C environment Strong experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager) Familiarity with Web2App funnels, deep linking, and mobile attribution tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, lean startup environment Fluent in English; German is a plus Based in or near Munich, or willing to work in a hybrid setup #J-18808-Ljbffr
