Responsibilities Define and drive ToolsGroup’s market-facing product direction for manufacturing Owning the manufacturing POV and ensuring real-world planning workflows are translated into product direction Defining standardized manufacturing solution templates Translating manufacturing workflows into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes Defining how agentic AI and automation apply to manufacturing planning Partnering across product, GTM, and services Engaging directly with manufacturing customers and design partners Requirements 7+ years in product management for supply chain/manufacturing software or manufacturing/supply chain planning roles Experience with production planning, MPS, or APS Strong understanding of manufacturing constraints (BOMs, capacity, lead times) Must have comfort operating in ambiguity and defining structure Strong customer-facing presence Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product work Interested in applying AI to redefine planning workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
