Responsibilities
• Define and drive ToolsGroup’s market-facing product direction for manufacturing
• Owning the manufacturing POV and ensuring real-world planning workflows are translated into product direction
• Defining standardized manufacturing solution templates
• Translating manufacturing workflows into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes
• Defining how agentic AI and automation apply to manufacturing planning
• Partnering across product, GTM, and services
• Engaging directly with manufacturing customers and design partners
Requirements
• 7+ years in product management for supply chain/manufacturing software or manufacturing/supply chain planning roles
• Experience with production planning, MPS, or APS
• Strong understanding of manufacturing constraints (BOMs, capacity, lead times)
• Must have comfort operating in ambiguity and defining structure
• Strong customer-facing presence
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product work
• Interested in applying AI to redefine planning workflows
