Responsibilities Strategic campaign management: Planning, implementation and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and brand awareness Close client support: Collaborating with Key Account Management to ensure each client's individual strategy Project management: Preparing weekly updates, organizing and running client meetings, and developing long-term client retention measures Market and competitor analysis: Identifying trends, analyzing the competitive landscape and deriving strategic actions Budget & margin responsibility: Managing and controlling costs, budgets and margin targets to ensure economic efficiency Internal & external communication: Acting as an interface between clients, creators and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution Paid media management: Owning performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign results Requirements At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management or a comparable role Excellent communication skills and a confident sense for working with clients, creators and stakeholders Experience in budget management and optimizing processes for efficient campaign delivery Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing and paid media, ideally with experience managing paid campaigns High level of diplomacy and tact to skillfully manage competing interests A true team player with a pronounced hands-on mentality, self-initiative and a passion for the creator ecosystem #J-18808-Ljbffr
