Задачи • Drive the strategic Rewe partnership as the primary marketing lead, developing co‑marketing strategies to maximise visibility and volume • Collaborate with Operations, Category Management, and Commercial teams to ensure campaign execution, stock readiness, and optimised customer journeys • Design, launch, and test new customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns to improve user experience, build recurring habits, and reach new customer segments • Lead end‑to‑end targeted multi‑channel marketing campaigns across Germany to drive user acquisition, engagement, and order frequency • Coordinate with local agencies, retail partners, and global HQ teams, including Creative Studio, CRM, Digital, and PR • Define KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and identify opportunities to improve ROI and market share Требования • Fluent German and English, written and spoken • Deep understanding of the German grocery and e‑commerce landscape • Solid marketing experience in an e‑commerce, Q‑commerce, or FMCG environment • Track record of driving growth in the German market • Experience managing large‑scale, high‑stakes external partners • Ability to navigate complex partner dynamics and build mutual commercial value • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with Operations and Category Management • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset • Experience designing and analysing customer journeys • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field • Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to set high‑level strategy and execute it Условия • Hybrid work with three days per week in the Berlin‑Kreuzberg office and two days working from home • Salary package includes performance‑based compensation • Monthly travel allowance of €59 • €90 Monthly Lieferando Pay credit • Company pension scheme with a 20% employer contribution • Urban Sports Club Membership • Inclusive and diverse team with Employee Resource Groups • Regular team events, social engagement activities, and summer and/or winter parties
